The Emergency Mortgage Assistance (EMA) Program

The EMA Program is available through September 18, 2011 to assist homeowners who are facing foreclosure due to involuntary unemployment or loss of significant income.  To be eligible for the program, homeowners must be three months delinquent with their mortgage and have received an Intent to Foreclosure Letter.
