Career Training School - CDL


Provides training for a marketable job skill and increased earning potential. SMTCCAC, Inc. is a Maryland Higher Education Commission approved career training school for Class B Commericial Drivers License (CDL) training.

Friendly Health Services


FHS, a license Medical Adult Daycare, provides medical assistance and supervision for the elderly and disabled in a warm and cheerful environment.

Head Start Program


An early childhood development program for children from low-income families. Children who attend participate in a variety of educational activities. They also enjoy playing indoors and outdoors in a safe setting.

Housing Counseling Services


A HUD Approved Housing Counseling program which offers a comprehensive range of services to the public.

Office of Home Energy Program


Assists low-income households pay their heating bills, minimize heating crises and make energy cost more affordable.

Senior Companion Program


SCP provides assistance and friendship to seniors and other individuals who have difficulty with daily living tasks.
