Southern Maryland Tri-County Community Action Committee, Inc. (SMTCCAC) was incorporated as a 501(c)3 in August 1965. This occurred after three Calvert County residents acted out of concern over the level of poverty in their county.

This program is a diaper distribution service connected with family support services such as job training, educational support, Early Head Start, housing services, and more.

Families in lower-income homes who apply for the program and are accepted. The eligibility may be different by agency location. Call us at 301-274-4474!
