Southern Maryland Tri-County Community Action Committee, Inc. (SMTCCAC) is non-profit that provides services for eligible citizens that alleviate the causes and conditions of poverty, promote upward mobility and enrich Calvert, Charles and St. Mary’s residents.

In observance of an Administrative closure, SMTCCAC, Inc. Offices are closed on Friday April 26th. We will re-open on Monday April 29th.
